My life is about design. Modern, vintage, mid-century, deco, mod, kitsch, couture, lowbrow...I love it all. I surround myself with vintage danish modern furniture, Noguchi lamps, Kartell tables, weird trinkets, vinyl artist toys, lowbrow art, pinups, bedazzled Guadalupe art, weird Japanese toys, bakelite jewelry, sleek design, beautiful 1960s dresses, mod square-toe shoes, Marc Jacobs platforms, 50's pencil skirts, pin curls and 70's hair...this is what little girls are made of.

I'm so tired of seeing shitty costumey cheesy cheap shoes that are supposedly 'vintage-style.' Come on....nobody really wore poodle skirts in the 50s!
But then Baby Girl Boutique came along, and they are filled with REAL vintage-style clothing/shoes like these shiny red patent heels. But I can't decide between all their cute shoes...Only one pair per online shopping trip!

It's hard to find great dancing shoes, but these vintage-style mary janes look like they would be incredibly comfortable for a night out on the town. Plus I love the strap that wraps completely around the heel. Not totally crazy about the color though... :(
